Cyber security is becoming a greater and greater concern these days as more and more industries are violated and sensitive information is stolen -- and though it is mostly retailers such as Target that make the headlines, healthcare players is just as susceptible.

I do not know about you, but I always pay attention when one of the great growth investors in the globe provides me a stock tip. Motley Fool co-founder David Gardner and his brother, Motley Fool CEO Tom Gardner, are going to disclose their next stock suggestions this Friday. Together, they have tripled the return of stock market over the last thirteen years. And while timing is not everything, the background of Tom and David's stock picks indicates that it pays to get in early on their concepts.


So, it is suggested to use if it is a primary measure to reduce risk. Which type of seems like, duh! Of course it is a significant important measure! But it is really merely more of a guideline than a need. The only time you are needed to have encryption is when you are moving the data. So, when it is merely static and in 1 place, I guess it does not require to be encrypted.
