Healthcare centre Plans for King’s Hall

The £100m proposals for reestablishment at King's Hall have been brought forward by Benmore Healthcare Developments, part of the Benmore Group.

New policies are being consulted on to return The King's Hall and its surrounding 16-acre site to public use as a modern centre for health and wellbeing.

King's Hall Primary Care Centre is the 1st phase of wider proposals that will instantly seek to deliver a range of onsite integrated health, community and leisure facilities; involving care for older people, gym, restaurants and hotel.

David Burrows, Chief Executive of Benmore Group outlined the group's policies.

He stated: "The King's Hall is a Belfast landmark synonymous for various years with the Balmoral agricultural show.”
