Navigant today declared the addition of Dr. Scott Ransom to supervise its Strategic Solutions team as Managing Director. He will also lead the Navigant Physician Leadership Group, concentrated on physician executive integration and alignment. With more than 25 years of strategy, operations, and physician leadership experience, Dr. Ransom will help the Navigant consumers to meet the issue of shifting strategic focus in the changing healthcare atmosphere.
Dr. Ransom has consulted with hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, physician groups, private equity firms, and universities on problems regarded to strategy development, organizational transformation, restructuring, medical education, clinical and research operations, mergers and acquisitions, academic affiliations, and management team redesign. His medical background enhances Navigant’s deep clinical expertise.
